Maly Thongphanith

Maly has worked as a Senior Paralegal for nearly 10 years specializing in construction defects, insurance defense litigation, toxic tort and environmental claims.  She supports The Miller Law Firm’s Construction Defect Litigation Team in resolving several complex construction-defect claims in Northern and Southern California, ranging from water intrusion, soil and structure issues and building product failures, and trial preparation on the Plaintiff’s side.

Her involvement ranges from initial factual research and analysis to coordinating forensic testing of hundreds of units in residential and commercial condominium developments.
