Kenneth W. Ralidis

Ken Ralidis is a 35 year trial attorney with extensive litigation experience over a wide range of legal areas, including residential and commercial construction defects, insurance coverage issues, Proposition 65 litigation, labor and employment, contractual disputes and fraud, trade secrets, personal injury, negligence, and consumer protection. Ken’s lengthy career includes handling multiple types of litigation involving various types of expert testimony from chemists, toxicologists and geologists to statisticians and exposure experts, as well as economists, real estate experts and construction experts.
Ken has over 30 years of experience handling SB 800 claims with homeowner’s associations, property management companies, builders, and insurers, involving damage and defects to multi-family housing, and high-rise residential structures, including a large construction defect cases for the FDIC and Resolution Trust Corporation relating to developer and general contractor liabilities.
Ken has successfully resolved class action cases in the labor and employment context, and has also been retained as an expert on the reasonableness of attorney’s fees.
DISTINCTIONS
Ken was an intern for the International Trade Administration, and following graduation from law school, he worked for Spain’s largest law firm in Barcelona, working on matters for large advertising agencies, the rock group Pink Floyd, and various business disputes, and also contributed to the firm’s book on Spanish law upon its accession to the E.U.
Ken has been a Board Member for the Los Angeles World Affairs Council and over his 20 years in the organization met with dozens of presidents, prime ministers, ambassadors, consular officers, other diplomats, Senators, Congresspeople, cabinet members, Nobel-Prize winning Economists and scientists, global business leaders, national and state candidates for office, journalists, astronauts, the Directors of JPL and of NASA, and activists.
