Litigation Counsel
Joseph Su’s 15 years of litigation experience includes complex construction defect matters, products liability, business litigation, real estate, employment, and in-house legal counsel for school districts, representing clients throughout the State and Federal Courts. His SB 800 claims experience includes matters with single family homeowners, homeowner associations, property management companies, builders, and insurers, involving damage and defects to individual homes, multi-family housing, and high-rise residential structures.
DISTINCTIONS
Prior to joining The Miller Law Firm, Joseph represented homeowners in large scale single-family construction defect actions. He also has previous experience defended general contractors, trade subcontractors and architects in construction defect lawsuits, generating important insight for our clients and providing a practical approach in critically evaluating SB 800 claims to implement efficient and effective resolution strategies through mediation, settlement negotiation and trial.
