Anthony has been a distinguished attorney for over 25 years, and his lengthy career has included construction defect litigation with more than 200 matters brought to successful resolution. He has also represented individuals, corporate entities, real estate developers, homeowners’ associations, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex cases.


DISTINCTIONS

  • Anthony has written construction defect and insurance bad faith Continuing Legal Education workbooks and practical manuals and has lectured on construction defect law before legal associations. Further, he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for expertise in legal analysis and legal writing skills.
